A booking request is only final after confirmation by the owner/manager.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Use of the apartment
Guests handle the apartment, inventory, garage space and common areas with care.
Smoking, parties and nuisance are not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment and deposit
Payment arrangements, any deposit and remaining payment will be clearly communicated upon confirmation.
Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure times are coordinated in advance, so that cleaning and key collection are properly arranged.
